At least, a new zip archive is needed. Do you want me to (attempt to) do that or do you prefer to do that yourself?
I've been doing a few more silent revisions here. (Now have UC codepoints in comments in the .enc -- interesting, and may lead to another layout change...) I still don't have Hans's opinion on the punctuation issue: is overriding < > + * acceptable enough? Should we throw away = as well?
