[dev-context] two new paper sizes for imposition

Hans, would it be possible to add the invoice and half invoice papersizes for impositions similar to this one (https://archive.org/download/ensayo-escritura/ensayo-escritura.pdf) with letter paper sizes? I attach the diff file. Many thanks for your help, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk
