[dev-context] Dumping the equivalence table

Hi, A while ago I posted a trick to Paul Mazaitis about dumping the hash table using tex.hashtokens(). Recently I noticed that while the command works in lmtx, it seems to miss entries, making it somewhat useless for what we tried to do (compare the hash before and after a complicated command like \definefloat. I have no idea what could be wrong, except perhaps it misses chained hash entries or something? Taco
