[dev-context] ReadFile introduces a space before reading file

Hi, In the current version \ReadFile introduces an extra space before reading the file. \starttext A\ReadFile{ward} \stoptext No such space is produced by \input \starttext A\input ward \stoptext Bug? Aditya
