The subject lines pick up "utf-8" and =5D strings for some reason: Subject: [dev-context] =?utf-8?q?=5Bcontexttest-Bugs=5D=5B43=5D_TABLE_move?==?utf-8?q?s_to_the_right_with_new_ConTeXt?= Maybe I'm using too-old email technology (emacs + mh) but it's nice to have plain-ascii when possible.
