[dev-context] x-set-11.mkiv: \to

Hi Hans, delimiters like the \to in \setwidthof command get numbered and appear in the argument list which shouldn’t happen (see attached example). As there are more of these command (e.g. \from or \with) something like instead of cd:to/ would be better. Wolfgang
