It reports success, but returns 1, which is bad: execution was successful bagnasciuga:~# echo $? 1 bagnasciuga:~#
texmfstart --verbose texexec --make --all --fast xx
reports a failure and exits with code 1
it reports 0!!
execution failed bagnasciuga:~# echo $? 0 bagnasciuga:~#
So we are close, but not finished ;-)
