[dev-context] Agressive deleting by texexec

Hi Hans, texexec seems to be a bit too agressive in deleting files. Here is an example touch texexec.vim texexec --module test ls texexec* The file texexec.vim has been deleted! I could not figure out why this is happening, but texexec must should delete non tex related filename extensions. Aditya
