[dev-context] typo in xml-mkiv.pdf

Hans, I guess there is a typo in the \xmlinfo explation in xml-mkiv.pdf. The patch replaces "typeset the name if the element given by" with "typeset the name in the element given by". I hope it helps, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk
